Gauthier has over 10 years of experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. He utilises a holistic approach to restore normal movement and function and employs a combination of manual therapy, electrotherapy, acupuncture, herbalism and exercise therapy. In addition to this Gauthier assesses and corrects posture and the biomechanics of activities of daily living as well as specific sport technique. This biomechanical approach helps to prevent the development and/or exacerbation of musculoskeletal injuries and enhances performance.

Gauthier has been involved in competitive swimming, squash and athletics. He currently trains in ju-jitsu, brazilian jiu-jitsu and judo. The wealth of experience he has acquired facilitates an understanding of the physical and technical demands linked to sport and exercise.
